YouTube Review

Postby mr-es335 » Wed Feb 15, 2017 5:27 pm

Hello,

A bit dated, but the YouTube Video by PixxyLixxx is interesting.

See it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3ohxhDK0-U.

The point that is interesting is the comment he makes with regards to most of the presets being overly over-driven.

If you go through the various presets, and cut back on this "over-driven-ness" - there are some very goods sounds sitting there.

So, if you have not attempted this, you should give it a try. You just might be surprised with the results.

Hello,

For serious TH3 users out there, I strongly recommend that you follow PixxyLixxx's suggestion to either remove or disabled the overdrive components - especially the cutting back of the "over-driven-ness" of the stock TH3 presets. You will be very surprised and pleased with the end result!

Note: I have updated most of the current presets - then ensuring that these are exported for backup purposes.
